Barefoot Bowls Challenge - Round One

The first of four nights of the Barefoot Bowls Challenge for Charity was an outstanding success with 16 teams battling it out for the $2000 prize money which will go to their charity of choice.

 

The standard of bowls was something to believe considering for most, this was one their first time on the wonderful ACBC greens. There were a couple of dominate teams which included Serving Aces, Diamond Directors and Might Marg’s who won both their matches. To view the results and ladder, please click here:

 

A massive thank you to all the club members who came out and helped make the night a great success with one member saying proudly, ‘This is the best night I have ever witnessed here at ACBC, a full green of new bowlers all enjoying themselves’.

 

Finally a huge thanks to Sophie and her team for providing such an amazing spread of food for all involved.
